Production technology
The technology consists of production of chocolate plates of various thickness and sizes, of white, brown and colour chocolate and the possibility for inscription with various textual and graphic forms as well as an individual advertising logo.
The inscription is smooth and can be made in several different colours. It has a delicate and tender flavour which complements the taste qualities of the decorated product. It is suitable for ice-cream, sundaes, fruit salads, jellies, cakes, pastries, petitfures and other confectioneries and culinary delicacies.
The chocolate plates can be a marvelous company advertisement for confectionery plants, hotel complexes, restaurants and bars, as well as for the catering companies organizing special events and cocktail parties.
The decorative forms are produced from chocolate products and natural colourants. The ready forms are packed in carton boxes and have 6 months shelf life. They are stored in dry and well ventilated place at temperature ranges from
+16 to +18 °C.
